As a new AiDA user, you will receive a 30-days free trial once your new account is created. During the 30-days period, you will have access to AiDA features. At the end of the 1-month free trial period, the account will automatically roll over to Paid Subscription after you enter the credit card information. Otherwise, the account will be terminated.

We will send you a reminder email 10 days before your free trial period ends.

You will be charged after you input your credit card number. If you did not input the credit card number or cancel the subscription, you account will be terminated.

We will not store your data and content after the free trial period unless you purchase a paid subscription.

Even though you cancelled the free trial service, you will still be able to access your account until the end day of the free trial period.

As AiDA is a cloud-based system, only stable internet access is required.

Yes, AiDA supports both PC & MAC.

Yes, AiDA can be run on an iPad.

The image file types that can be uploaded into AiDA: jpeg, jpg, png

Currently, AiDA is available in English

The invoice will be sent to your registered mailbox 10 days before (for free trial) or 1 months before (for paid subscription) with the reminder email.

You could change your password after login to your account in “My Account” page “Account details” part.
